2. Reservations
Reservations are accepted via our website or email. A reservation is confirmed upon receipt of our confirmation email.
3. Cancellation Policy
Please notify us of any cancellation at least 48 hours before the scheduled service. Cancellations made within 48 hours may incur a cancellation fee. Details will be provided at the time of booking.
4. Pricing
Service pricing varies by vehicle type, duration, and destination. Please contact us via the inquiry form or email for a quote.
5. Disclaimer
We cannot be held responsible for delays or cancellations caused by weather, traffic conditions, or other force majeure events. We are not liable for loss or damage to passenger luggage unless caused by our negligence.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court as the court of first instance.
